The SYXPERIENCE specializes in polished extension installations, signature quickweaves, sew-ins, and healthy-hair styling. Every appointment is designed to deliver beautiful results through thoughtful technique, professional care, and attention to detail. Your appointment includes a personalized consultation and the preparation services specified in your selected booking. Please review all service descriptions and booking policies before reserving your appointment. Hair extensions are not included unless explicitly stated. accepting appointments in Norwalk, Connecticut. Deposits: A $30 nonrefundable booking deposit is required to secure each appointment and is applied toward the service total. Deposits are subject to applicable law. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due at the completion of your appointment. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit. Any additional cancellation fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may require rescheduling if the service cannot be completed within the reserved appointment time. Hair Preparation: Shampoo and conditioning are included in all new installations. Please arrive with your hair fully detangled and free of excessive buildup. Extensions: Clients are responsible for providing the correct hair and closure unless otherwise specified. Hair recommendations are available before your appointment. Additional Services: Specialty cutting, treatments, and other enhancements must be selected during booking. Services not included in your reservation cannot be guaranteed on the appointment day. Cancellation Policy
LATE: Communication is key! If you are running a few minutes late please contact me! after 10 mins no communication there will be a %50 cancellation fee.
CANCEL: For any reason you need to cancel, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to you scheduled appointment.
RESCHEDULE: you are allowed up to one transferable deposit to reschedule within 2 weeks after your appointment. After two weeks your deposit will forfeit and another deposit will be due.
